Horses have an uncanny ability to reflect the deeper inner-workings of our psyche and sense of purpose. Not even a ropes course offers such unique reflections and insights into where we are being effective or ineffective. Through interactive exercises with horses, individuals (and teams) can refine their goals and practice more effective ways of leading self. Being outside in a more kinesthetic, spatial environment (distinct from an indoor room) provides additional value in helping participants to re-find their imagination, calibrate to their ‘true North’, identify and let go of old judgments and attitudes, and develop their intuitive wisdom.
