Registration Forms: Liability insurance releases, photo/video releases and participant registration forms must be signed by participants and parent or legal guardian if participant is under 18 years of age. Participation in activities will not be allowed unless all forms are completed and signed.
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% and 10 days advance receipt is required for all workshops, groups and package lineups. To purchase sessions, workshops, demonstrations, group series and gift certificates, be sure to contact us first, then go to the store if paying by credit card.
Individual coaching sessions may be paid for at the time of service.
At no obligation, secure the special price for 1-1 adult and youth coaching. Schedule and prepay a minimum of 2 sessions per month for 6 months at only $55 per session (regularly $75 per session); may be cancelled at any time. 30-day total satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied then your fee will be refunded any time during the first 30 days of 1-1 coaching.
Discounts (may not be combined):
- Early registration discount of 15% if registering and paying in full for any program 4 weeks in advance.
- Up to 2 Partial Scholarships will be made available upon H&P determination per group event such as 2-day workshops and Youth Day Camps. Please inquire.
- Refer-a-Friend We'd love to have more great friends like you, so refer a friend and you will receive a 15% discount on any service for each friend that you refer. Simply have your friend mention your name and ask them to let us know on their registration form.
- Student Discount For currently enrolled college or graduate students we offer a 20% discount on any EGE service or program.
- Internships Up to 2, 8-week internships can be accommodated per fall (Sept/Oct), spring (April/May) and summer (June-August) semesters for students enrolled in an accredited equine studies program or a coaching or leadership certification program. The intern will participate in all aspects of Horses & Pathfinders including work, service and event preparation. In so doing, while the intern will learn to assist in event facilitation, she or he will also be the recipient of EGE services and programs.
