Why work with horses for leadership and self development?
Horses are an ancient universal archetypal symbol in the human psyche representing dignity, honor, a rise in status, strength, power and spiritual or magical, mystical transportation to other worlds.
Horses as guides in the personal discovery and growth process offer simple yet deeply engaging exercises for cultivating abilities to concentrate, clarify goals, gain confidence and relate ('to bring back') effectively with self-other-world. The horse's presence perturbs our somatic (whole mind-body-spirit) system, and energizes us to bring back our own sense of freedom, choice and power.
By partnering with people and allowing us to become part of their herd, horses can help us understand partnership, positive leadership, effective communication and teamwork in a whole new way. Over a decade of 
research and practice has proven that participants from all walks of life grow and learn through experiential exercises with horses.

What should I prepare for?
- All learning happens on the ground.
- No riding experience necessary - in fact we do not ride horses in most exercises.
- All that is required is a willingness and openness to learn, grow and take lead of your life
