Explore the expansive frontier of the horse-human relationship. In this one-day EGE introduction, we learn and experience how our intuitive, deeper part of our selves relates to our external goals and desires. When the two realms (inner and outer) become congruent and in alignment, we experience vitality, energy, integrity and harmony. The focus of this program is not about horsemanship but rather a connection to something bigger than ourselves - horses - that have the ability to reflect and respond to our level of openness, curiosity, self responsibility and meaningfulness of direction as well as how we hold our bodies. We can experience the horse as a conduit to deeper inspiration to connect with the environment, emotions, and our feelings in the body. When we connect with this alignment, we are able to see, feel and act on possibilities to live out what has true heart and meaning for each of us.
